YES. For some bookings we do allow for our letters to be picked up from us but this depends on the type or event and location. This way there is NO delivery fee! Our address is 7000 Tides Circle in Sarasota 5 mins from I75.

Our letters, numbers, and special characters are crafted from high-quality, double-rimmed metal, ensuring their strength and durability over time. We do not use single rimmed thin lights. 

All of our numbered lights stand at 4ft in height, while our marquee letters have a height of 3ft. The letters can be stacked on display to reach a towering height of 6ft. The width of each letter varies slightly, typically measuring between 2-3ft, but this may vary depending on the width of the specific letter.

Our smaller Toppers are 1ft and we also carry 2ft letters also which are more suitable for table top displays. 

Our rental period is for your event. We are able to drop off our items before and pick up after each event. During busy periods we may have to drop off or pick up outside of these times if you and the venue allow but this will be sorted with you and the venue. 

Our flower walls and rental products can be set up in under 60 minutes, ensuring that there is enough time to prepare for your event. We like to have 90 mins for most events. Times will be adjusted depending on the size of the booking and location.

The letters require a standard USA plug and are mains powered. We must have a USA plug within 50ft of the first positioned letter. We also have our quiet battery powered  generators that can be used for bookings. These are ideal for proposals on the beach. 

Our flower walls are very thick and are made from top quality silk flower material. We believe we have the best Flower Walls in the area.

We must have a 2ft gap behind wherever the Champagne Wall is to be position so it can be supported correctly. We do not supply the glasses. These must be flute designed. The sizes below fit with our wall.

Our Marquee Letters can go outside but only if there is no chance of inclement weather or rain. We must have a suitable alternative location for this reason. This will be discussed in your contract and also leading up to each event. We also understand every venue is different so please contact us and we will be able to discuss this with you. It will be renters responsibility to ensure our lights and equipment is looked after.

Example – If you ask us to set up the marquee letters by a pool and you or your guests jump in the pool and these letters get wet or damaged you will be responsible for any damage that occurs. 

We offer very low delivery fees. These will be communicated to you before the booking is made. 

Our Marquee letters are crafted with durable and high-quality metal materials, designed to endure wear and tear while remaining visually stunning. With their robust build, they can withstand bumps and other impacts, making them an excellent choice for outdoor events. Our team places great emphasis on the secure transportation and setup of our letters, ensuring their safety and reliability. You can enjoy peace of mind knowing that our letters will arrive in great condition for your event.

We will send you an invoice for you to pay your deposit for your booking. You may use a credit card or bank transfer. We take a 25% deposit on all bookings and the final balance is due 60 days before your rental date. Any bookings within 30 days will require full payment on booking.

Our distinctive lighting system offers the flexibility to adjust to any color using our rainbow wheel. For added effect, we can set the lights to transition between different colors throughout your event, should you prefer. We leave you a special remote which can control the lights at each booking.
